CLASS SCHEDULE

We offer all newcomers a complimentary first group fitness class to see what Knuckle Up Gyms is all about! Contact us to learn more and schedule your first complimentary group fitness class. First time guests MUST arrive 15 mins early to get signed in.

Members: Visit our Member Portal to sign up for classes ahead of time. Please note: while the member portal lists the coaches who will be teaching, coach substitutions may occur.
